Sole Proprietor: William Nelson
Location: California, United States
Overview of Data Collection
Important: This App does not collect, store, or transmit student data. All scheduling information you enter into the App remains locally on your device. I do not have access to the schedules, student names, or any other scheduling data you create within the App.
Information I Collect
Information You Provide
Account Information (if applicable): Email address for account creation or authentication purposes only
Automatically Collected Information
Apple App Store Analytics (User Opt-In) If you have enabled “Share Analytics” or “Share iPhone Analytics” in your device settings, Apple may automatically collect and share with me:

Usage Analytics: Basic information about app performance and how features are used (anonymized and aggregated)
Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version
Important: This data collection is controlled by Apple, not by me. You can enable or disable this sharing at any time in your device Settings under Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements. Only users who opt in to share analytics with developers will have this data collected. This opt-in rate is typically around 27% of users.
The data I receive through Apple’s system is:
Anonymized (does not identify you personally)
Aggregated (combined with data from other users)
Limited to technical performance metrics
Used solely to identify bugs and improve app stability
Information I Do NOT Collect
Student names, grades, or any personally identifiable student information
Teacher names or staff information
Course schedules or timetables
School names or identifiable school information
Any data you enter into the scheduling features of the App
How Your Data Stays Private
All scheduling data you create in the App is:
Stored locally on your device only
Never transmitted to external servers
Fully under your control – you can export, delete, or transfer it at any time
Not accessible to me or any third parties
When you export or download schedules from the App, those files are saved directly to your device and are not sent to me or stored on any external servers.
How I Use Information
The limited information I may receive is used solely to:
Enable basic app functionality (such as account authentication if required)
Improve app performance and fix technical issues
Identify and resolve crashes and bugs
Understand which features are most useful (through anonymized usage statistics from Apple)
Ensure compatibility across different devices and operating systems
Provide customer support when you contact me
Note: The crash and analytics data I receive from Apple is already anonymized and aggregated before I see it, so I cannot identify individual users from this information.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
I do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers
I may use third-party services for:
App Distribution: Apple App Store (which may collect crash and analytics data as described above if users opt in)
Authentication: If the app requires login functionality (specify service if applicable)
Apple and any other service providers have limited access only to anonymized technical data necessary for their services. Apple’s data collection is governed by their own privacy policy, which you can review at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
Legal Requirements
I may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect my rights, property, or safety.
